Naturally Active – part of the Chances 4 Change project
                                        
Naturally Active is a 3 year initiative within the Big Lottery funded Chances 4 Change project in the South East.
                

                        

Naturally Active use the local green spaces and adjacent beautiful countryside of North West Kent to run a variety of active events. Our activities get you out and about and help get you fit whilst having fun.
                
Our activities are free and available to all ages, so if you want to give green exercise a try why not get in touch and see what’s going on. You could find yourself rambling through the countryside, flying a kite with the kids or planting trees. We do everything from playing disc golf and running treasure hunts to specific conservation work in the community.           

So if you live in Dartford or Gravesend and would like to get fit, get out and  about in the countryside, meet new people and have fun then get in touch.
              
We currently run a regular health walk on Mondays, collecting and taking people out to a variety of green spaces in the local area and we have many other projects planned.
