Kent's Countryside Management Partnerships 
Medway Valley Countryside Partnership - Looks after the special and varied part of Kent around the River Medway, its tributaries and a wide area of the surrounding countryside. The project operates in the Boroughs of Maidstone and Tonbridge & Malling, helping local people, local communities and landowners care for and improve their local environment.
Kent High Weald Project - Operates mainly in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells. The project works with individuals, community groups, schools, youth groups, landowners, local businesses and Parish Councils in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
Kentish Stour Countryside Project - Works in the Stour Valley from Lenham to Sandwich. This includes work on the River Great Stour and its tributaries, the Kent Downs AONB, the Blean and the green spaces within Ashford and Canterbury.
Mid Kent Downs Project - Opertaes throughout the central part of the Kent Downs AONB, from Boxley to Lenham and North to the M2. It provides an advisory service on landscape and wildlife issues and could help you to find grant money for projects to protect your local countryside.
White Cliffs Countryside Project - Established in 1989 to help care for the special coast and countryside of Dover and Shepway and make it accessible to everyone.

Woodland Trust - Provides funding to carry out a program of events on their sites in North Kent, inlcuding bat walks and treasure hunts in Joydens Wood, near Dartford.
